Here are some examples of proof allowing us to confirm your relationship with the artist(s) you have selected.

1) Official statement

Adding an official statement – including the artist’s name and from a recognized rights collection company – is the fastest way to confirm your connection to an artist. Here are some examples of official statements from the main rights collection companies.

2) Contract

A contract – identified and signed by the artist and yourself – is concrete proof of your relationship with him. Examples of possible contracts are:

• Artist contract
• Publishing contract
• License Agreement
• Management contract

3) Social networks

 

Facebook

To validate your link with the selected artist, a screenshot of the administrator account of the official artist page is sufficient. Or, a screenshot of the About section of the official artist page with your email address visible.

Instagram

Same principle on the Instagram side. A screenshot of the administrator account of the official artist page is valid proof.

Twitter

Once again, a screenshot of the administrator account of the official artist page allows us to validate your link with this artist.

Autre réseau social

If you use another social network and your name or email associated with your ShineX account appears on the artist’s official profile, this proof will be valid.

 

 

4) Artist’s website

 

“Contact” section

Another way to validate your link to the artist is to take a screenshot of your email address in the Contact section of the artist’s official website.

Record label / Management

If you are the record company or the management company, a screenshot of an official artist page showing the name of your label will allow us to validate your connection with the artist.

 

 

5) Any other proof

The above examples are there to give you an idea of ​​what we are looking for in order to validate your relationship with the artist. But this is not an exhaustive list. If you have other evidence linking you to the artist, we will check each one.
